Whole school programmes or additional resources and training are available and can be discussed on request. 

 Schools that have used the program report it is particularly useful to:

• Familiarise staff with materials – Explore the online platform and physical resources before the new academic year begins.

• Build daily habits – Set aside 10–15 minutes each day for affirmations, journaling, or character cards, tailored to your class’s needs.

• Integrate CotH lessons – Plan lessons alongside your existing curriculum. Our champion schools, which have seen the deepest behavioural change, run the lesson plans once a week in an afternoon session. (Teachers report that their classes “whoop with joy” when it’s CotH time!)

• Develop staff through CPD – Hold one team training session every six weeks. These sessions help build a shared vision, purpose, and understanding of each Culture and the resources for the term. Teams can share leadership responsibilities or appoint a CotH champion to guide colleagues. Training also covers the neuroscience and somatics behind the approach, reflecting our belief that “a brain that can see itself can heal itself” (Bessel van der Kolk).

The programme runs across the whole school for one academic year, introducing the first seven Cultures and building a strong foundation for a sustainable atmosphere of communication, trust, and healthy relationships.

After the first year, schools can choose to renew their subscription – either to revisit the existing content or to enhance the package with additional Cultures and resources.
